Function and application of Roche flexible coil

The flexible coil current sensor uses a Rogowski coil current sensor made of Rogowski coil, which has stable performance, large measurement range, strong over-current performance, good signal fidelity, high linearity, simple structure, light weight, and can output a standard current signal of 4-20mA or a voltage signal of 0-5V.
The flexible coil current sensor uses a flexible current sensor for current detection, which can measure frequencies from a few hertz to 1M, from a few amperes to hundreds of kiloamperes. Its transient tracking capability can be used to measure the current of conductors with large size or irregular shape, and is widely used in large current detection where traditional CT for current measurement cannot be used normally. The flexible coil current sensor adopts an open-loop structure. The flexible coil current sensor can be used to measure the current of conductors with large size (such as conductor diameter ≥3 meters), irregular shape or very narrow space between conductors. In particular, when the traditional clamp current probe cannot measure, the flexible Rogowski coil current sensor can be used for convenient measurement. The wire through which the measured current passes can pass through the coil without cutting, and the current is induced in the Rogowski coil, thereby measuring the current of the measured circuit. The AC and DC leakage current sensor is easy to install and is not limited by space.
The flexible coil current sensor has good linearity, large dynamic range, outstanding transient response, frequency response, no magnetic saturation, ferromagnetic resonance and other problems, no open circuit danger, no overload danger, small size, light weight, and high cost performance. The flexible coil current sensor is used to sample the current signal, the integrator is used for the integral operation after current sampling to output the voltage signal for measurement, and the BNC line is used to connect the integrator output with the measuring instrument. The flexible coil current sensor uses a special flexible material as the coil skeleton, and is processed by a special process. It has a wide range of applicable environments and is made of special flexible materials, which is convenient for measuring conductor currents in any special environment.
The flexible coil current sensor has fast response, no saturation, good accuracy, and small angular difference. Since no iron core is used, it has fast response, no saturation effect, high measurement accuracy, and small phase offset; the flexible coil current sensor has a wide current measurement range: from 50mA to 200kA (power frequency range); the output interface is easy to match: the output interface can be easily connected to oscilloscopes, multimeters, power meters and other measurement or online monitoring equipment, with good matching.
