Heyi Electric has passed the RoHS certification, proving that its products fully comply with the requirements of the EU (EU) 2015/863 Directive, and the content of hazardous substances is less than the limit of one part per million (ppm).

In particular, technological breakthroughs have been achieved in key links such as circuit board welding technology and insulation material formulation, eliminating environmental pollution risks from the source, and highlighting the company's dual responsibility for ecological protection and user health.

Reconstructing the green supply chain to create a full-process environmental protection closed loop

In order to meet the RoHS certification standards, Heyi Electric implemented the "Green Smart Manufacturing" strategy:

establishing a global supplier environmental access mechanism, screening more than 200 raw material manufacturers for harmful substances;

introducing XRF fluorescence spectrometers and other testing equipment to achieve three-level environmental testing of raw materials, semi-finished products, and finished products;

innovating lead-free welding technology, using bio-based polymer materials to replace traditional plastic parts, and the product recyclability rate has increased to 92%.

During the certification process, the company has completed more than 1,500 harmful substance tests, and the environmental protection indicators of key materials are 30% better than EU standards, and it has been awarded the title of "National Green Factory".
