1. Project Overview

Let me share some good news with everyone! The star product of Hayi Electric - HPR-45 series low-voltage protection current transformer has been officially put into use in the power upgrading project in Botswana, Africa!

This successful cooperation with Botswana State Power Corporation shows that our products are really hard and our technology is reliable. This has also earned 'Made in China' a solid good reputation overseas!

2. Background of cooperation

2.1 Customer Requirements

Speaking of how this cooperation came about, the key is still in the customer side - Botswana National Power Corporation. They are the main power supply enterprise there, with the core task of upgrading the power grid to make power supply more efficient and stable.

Because of this, they have particularly high requirements for equipment in this low-voltage distribution system renovation project. Simply put, there are three points: accurate measurement, stable operation, and adaptability to various complex environments. Ultimately, it is for one goal: to ensure that the power grid can operate smoothly and reliably in any situation.

2.2 Scheme selection

At the stage of selecting the plan, the client conducted several rounds of evaluation repeatedly, and the comparison was particularly strict. Guess what? Our HPR-45 series low-voltage protection current transformer from Heyi Electric has successfully won the championship thanks to its excellent performance and reliable quality!

This product not only meets international standards in all indicators, but many key performance indicators are even better than customers expected. Finally, there was no suspense about it and it was directly designated as the core equipment of the entire project's relay protection system.

3. Technical features

3.1 Accurate model configuration

In the project in Botswana, we did not adopt a "one size fits all" approach, but tailored several sub models of HPR-45 precisely for different current sizes and protection requirements in each circuit.

For example, the most common circuit with 300 amperes or less is the HPR-4540 model. This model is designed to be particularly sophisticated and can perform at its best even in extremely limited spaces.

On the more critical 400 to 600 ampere circuits, we deploy the HPR-4565 model. Even if there is a serious fault in the circuit, it can ensure that the protection system starts steadily and never loses its connection.

As for those special circuits that require extremely high precision, they will be handled by the HPR-45120 model. It can provide higher-level protection support to the system.

This approach of carefully considering each circuit fully demonstrates the profound foundation of Heyi Electric in product design and practical application. It can be said that the selection of each model is not arbitrary, and has undergone rigorous theoretical calculations and practical verification to ensure that it fits perfectly and fully meets practical needs when used on site.

3.2 Excellent technical performance

The measurement accuracy of HPR-45 series current transformers is particularly high, reaching professional levels of 0.5 and 1.0. Even the slightest abnormal current in the circuit cannot escape its "eyes".

In order to adapt to the special climate of Botswana with large temperature difference and high temperature, this product has made many targeted designs. For example, the outer shell is made of flame-retardant polycarbonate material, while the inner core is made of highly magnetic silicon steel strip. In this way, even in a wide temperature range of minus 25 degrees Celsius to plus 75 degrees Celsius, it can operate stably and will never lose its chain.

3.3 Reliable Quality Assurance

When it comes to quality, we definitely have high standards and strict requirements. All products strictly follow international standards, such as the critical withstand voltage test, where we successfully passed the rigorous test of up to 3000 volts for a full minute.

This is not over yet, the insulation level of the product has also reached the highest E level. This means that even in a high temperature environment of 120 degrees Celsius, it can fully withstand it without any compromise in performance.

It can be said that it is this series of rigorous tests and rigorous standards that have laid the most solid foundation for the long-term, stable, and safe operation of the power grid.

4. Application effectiveness

4.1 System performance improvement

Since we use our HPR-45 series current transformers, the power grid in Botswana can be said to be "changing guns with bullets"! Their ability to handle faults such as short circuits in the entire power distribution system has suddenly taken a big step forward.

This feels like installing a particularly sensitive set of "sensory nerves" on the power grid. These devices monitor the status of the lines 24 hours a day and transmit accurate data back to the backend in real-time.

In this way, as soon as the system detects something is wrong, it can immediately react and nip the problem in the bud. Thanks to it, several potentially widespread power outages have been successfully avoided!

5. Development prospects

This cooperation with Botswana Electric Power Company is particularly successful, which can be said to be a key step for Hay Electric in the international market!

The successful acquisition and implementation of this project truly proves that our product is highly competitive internationally. This has also laid a solid foundation for us to explore the entire African market in the future.

When it comes to the future, our idea is very clear: we need to continuously innovate and break through in technology; We must firmly focus on quality and never relax. We are committed to providing global customers with higher quality and more reliable power protection solutions, making the brand of "Made in China" increasingly prominent and famous on the world stage!
